尊敬的客戶:

感謝閣下對本行“香港銀證通”業務的信任和支持!為向閣下提供更加方便和安全的方式查詢歷史結單,招商銀行香港分行(“本行”、“我們”)現謹通知閣下由2018年07月14日(“生效日期”)起,本行將全面推行網銀電子賬單查詢及下載服務。

現有服務
本行“香港銀證通”業務自2018年02月01日(星期四)已經推出“結單查詢”功能,閣下可登錄“個人銀行香港專業版”查詢自己90個曆日的所有日結單和前十二個月(不包括當月)的月結單(“電子結單服務”)。

將會發生什麼改變?
從生效日期起,每當有最新電子結單生成後,本行將會發送提示郵件或/及提示短訊。本行將不再通過電子郵件向閣下發送電子結單,亦在2018年7月13日(17:30-20:30)删除“投资主页”补领结单的功能。

我們建議閣下及時查閱最新電子結單。如有需要,閣下可以下載電子結單以作保存。如此項服務變更致使您無法繼續使用“香港銀證通”服務,請及時與我們聯繫。

閣下需要採取何等行動?
客戶若同意及接受此函所述安排,則無需就此採取任何行動。如閣下在生效日或之後仍在本行持有“香港銀證通”賬戶,將被視為已接受並同意此函所述安排。

若閣下不同意及接受此函所述安排,則本行將不能繼續為閣下提供“香港銀證通”賬戶服務,請閣下在生效日期前通過發送電郵至cmbhk-su@cmbchina.com通知本行。在收到閣下的書面指示后,本行會在生效日期後就終止閣下的賬戶作處理及安排。

Dear Customer,

Thanks for your support and trust for the ‘HKAIO E-Securities’ Service! To provide you with a more convenient and safe way to inquire the historical statements, China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch (“CMBHK” or “we”) are pleased to inform you that we will fully implement the Statement Enquiry Service via E-banking with effect from July 14th 2018 (the “Effective Date”).

Existing Service
‘HKAIO E-Securities’ Service has launched the “Statement Enquiry” function in E-banking since February 01st, 2018 (Thursday). Currently, you can log on to ‘Personal E-Banking CMBHK Edition’ to check the daily statements within the last 90 calendar days and the monthly statements within the last 12 months (excluding the current month) (“eStatement Service”).

What are the changes?
From the Effective Date, we will send a reminder email and/or sms text message whenever a latest e-statement is generated. You will need to use the eStatement Service to receive the statements of accounts. We will remove the statements request function in the ‘Investment Home Page’ in July 13th (17:00-20:30) 2018.

We recommend that you should check the latest eStatements in a timely manner. If necessary, you can download eStatements for record-keeping. If such service changes make you could not continue the ‘HKAIO E-Securities’ Service, please contact us in time.

Attached please find a copy of the FAQ on eStatement via E-Banking to know more; this document (as amended from time to time) is also available via accessing http://hk.cmbchina.com/Securities/.

What do I need to do?
You do not need to take any actions if you agree to and accept the arrangements stated in this letter. If you continue to hold the ‘HKAIO E-Securities’ Account on or after the effective date, you will be considered as agreeing and accepting the arrangements stated in this letter.

If you would like to opt out from the arrangements stated in this letter, we regret that CMBHK may not be able to continue to provide account service to you.  Please notify us by the Effective Date of your intention by sending email to cmbhk-su@cmbchina.com.  Upon receipt of your notification, we would process and arrange for account termination after the Effective Date.
