致“兩地一卡通”客戶關於 “一卡換兩卡” 的通知

尊敬的客戶:

感謝您對我行“兩地一卡通”業務的支持!

爲了向客戶提供更便捷和全面的服務,我行將對現有“兩地一卡通”實施“一卡換兩卡”之拆分改造,並於2009年11月27日至29日完成系統切換。稍後我行將按照您所預留的通訊地址,通過快遞為您寄送出兩張新的卡片:一張“香港一卡通”(黑色)和一張內地一卡通(金色),分別對應原“兩地一卡通”之香港賬戶和內地賬戶。

為保證系統切換日後您的賬戶的正常使用,請留意查收我行所寄送的卡片,並在收到新卡片後,立即按照所附操作說明,通過網上銀行、電話銀行、香港分行櫃檯或總行營業部櫃檯之任一渠道辦理新卡片之“確認收妥”。系統切換日後原“兩地一卡通”的使用將停止,若您於系統切換日後仍未辦理“確認收妥”,則您的卡片和賬戶使用將受到影響。

隨卡片還將附上新賬戶的使用說明、條款和新舊卡片的服務差別說明(具體亦可瀏覽香港分行網頁hk.cmbchina.com),若您已閱讀且同意上述說明和條款,且於我行系統切換日前已經辦理“確認收妥”操作,則於系統切換日後,“香港一卡通”賬戶將自動替換原有“兩地一卡通”之香港賬戶,所有擬轉賬或匯款入原有“兩地一卡通”香港賬戶之款項均將自動轉入對應“香港一卡通”賬戶。原有“兩地一卡通”香港賬戶簽署過的自動扣款協議亦同樣對應適用於“香港一卡通”賬戶。內地一卡通將自動替換原有“兩地一卡通”內地賬戶。

Notice of Upgrading the original All-In-One Card Account to “Hong Kong All-In-One Card Account” and “Mainland All-In-One Card Account”

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued support to our All-In-One Card account services.

To provide you with more efficient and all-rounded services, our Bank will split our original All-In-One Card Account into two separate new accounts, and the system upgrade will be completed during the period from 27th to 29th November 2009. You will receive one “Hong Kong All-In-One Card” and one “Mainland All-In-One Card” for future operation of the accounts respectively through express delivery in accordance with your corresponding address recorded in our Bank.

Please acknowledge receipt of the two new cards according to the enclosed instructions after you have received the cards. You may make such acknowledgement via internet, phone, or in person to our counters at Hong Kong Branch or Operation Department of Head Office. After the completion of the system upgrade, the original All-In-One Card Account and related card will be revoked. If you do not make the necessary acknowledgement before the aforesaid period, you may not be able to operate your new cards and account afterwards.

We shall enclose to you with the two new cards the user guidelines, terms and conditions, and the comparison of the services under the original All-In-One Card Account and the two new accounts (or you may visit our Bank’s website: hk.cmbchina.com for details). Provided that you have read and agreed with the said documents, and have acknowledged receipt before the completion date of system upgrade, the new “Hong Kong All-In-One Card Account” will automatically replace the Hong Kong account of the original All-In-One Card Account. All future transfer-ins and inward remittances will be credited to the new “Hong Kong All-In-One Card Account”.All Auto-Debit agreement(s), if any, of Hong Kong account of the original All-In-One Card Account will automatically correspond to the new “Hong Kong All-In-One Card Account”. The new “Mainland All-In-One Card Account” will automatically replace the Mainland account of the original All-In-One Card Account.
