有關偽冒電話及虛假電子郵件的重要通知


就近期有關來電或電郵詐騙事件,本行提醒客戶提高警覺,不要接聽及回覆未經核實或可疑來電及電郵,切勿向可疑來電者或透過電郵提供任何個人或戶口資料,以免被他人盜用。


本行不會透過預錄語音訊息通知客戶其賬戶的異常情況,亦不會透過電話或電郵要求客戶提供敏感的個人資料(包括登入密碼或交易密碼)。


若客戶收到懷疑是假冒由本行寄發的電郵或來電,或客戶懷疑曾向任何可疑人士披露個人資料,請立致電客服熱線:香港服務熱線:(852)31195555 內地服務熱線:(86-755) 95555或親臨招商銀行香港分行,或直接聯絡香港警方。

Important Notice about Bogus Phone Calls and Fake Emails


In light of recent telephone and email scams, CMBHK urges customers to stay alert and not to respond to any unsolicited contact or suspicious call. CMBHK reminds customers not to disclose your personal data or bank account details to any unsolicited telephone callers or email senders.


CMBHK does not notify customers of your account irregularities through pre-recorded messages nor request customers to provide sensitive personal information (including login passwords or transaction PIN) through phone calls or emails.


If customers have received suspicious emails / calls purporting to be from CMBHK, or concerned that you may have disclosed your personal information to any suspicious person, please contact us immediately by calling: HK hotline: (852)31195555 Mainland hotline: (86-755) 95555 or visit CMBHK Branch, or directly contact the Hong Kong Police Force.
